Busy Bee loves to take pictures and videos of people at the events. They are shared on the Busy Bee Hive Forum with other guests, included in our end-of-year yearbook, and utilized to promote future field trips. It is included in the checkout and reminder emails. It is also here for your accessibility.

At Busy Bee I strive to schedule field trips that will both engage the learning and social needs of our kiddos. The information obtained is used strictly to help me with planning future trips and educational offerings, while including family dynamics and needs. This form does not need to be completed more than once.

Busy Bee does not provider chaperones for students on field trips. Every student must have an adult (18 years of age or older) accompany them from arrival to departure.

Event & Field Trip Return Policy
Refunds - Busy Bee offers a full refund for cancellation requests sent to info@beehomeschoolhive.com at least 7 business days before the event. Since event payments are made as a group, refunds cannot be issued for requests made within 7 days of the event. Please note that there may be exceptions to this policy for specific events, which will be outlined in their purchasing section if they differ from the.
