Greetings and welcome to Busy Bee Homeschool Hive!

As a neurodivergent ADHD mom of three with a professional background in nursing education, I have transitioned to homeschooling my little ones. After my son was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, I realized the lack of support for special needs children in central Florida's public and private schools.
​
This led me to create Busy Bee Homeschool Hive. My mission is to advocate for families, provide resources and provide a community that provides support for homeschooling kids with AuDHD.
I also share tips for traveling with special needs, and relatable situations that make our journeys unique.

Balancing work, homeschool, and family is not for the faint of heart.

My goal is to encourage other families to listen to their hearts and children and make the change to homeschooling.

Mark
Introducing Mark, my amazing husband and sometimes fourth child, who has joyfully embraced this wild adventure alongside me! Together, we are proud parents to three wonderful children.
Christopher
Introducing Christopher, our vibrant and spirited 9-year dynamo who's ready to take on the world! With an amazing mix of interests, boundless enthusiasm, and a wonderfully gentle spirit, he brings joy and excitement to our family fun.
As he navigates the beautiful journey of ADHD and Autism, Christopher has found his passion in coding and video games, diving into game creation with incredible creativity and zest. He dreams of studying graphic design as he grows, and we can’t wait to see where his talents take him!
Charlotte
Meet Charlotte, my incredible, bright, and delightfully silly 7-year-old! She's bursting with talent and creativity across various art forms, and her passion for books is only matched by her adoration for animals. With dreams of soaring through the as a pilot, her determination is sure to lead her to amazing heights!
Aiden
Introducing Aiden, our latest minion recruit! This fun-loving, little brother is absolutely thrilled to dive into all the adventures his older siblings are up to. He's growing like a weed every day, and his adorable personality is simply irresistible!
